Key Stage Three Curriculum

In Year 7 students study:  No Limits Curriculum, English, Maths, Science,  French, Music, Art, Drama, Geography, History, Design Technology and PE. 

In Year 8 students study English, Maths, Science,  French, Music, Art, Drama, RE, Geography, History, Design Technology ; Computer science and Business Enterprise (year 9 only) and PE. 

In Year 9  students study English, Maths, Science,  French, Music, Art, Drama, RE, Geography, History, Design Technology ; Computer Science and Business Enterprise and PE.

In addition Year 7-9  study PSHE/RE/Citizenship  throughout all subjects; during form time and drop down days in the APP fortnight.  Sex Education is delivered through bespoke lessons during the APP fortnight - Schools must provide Religious Education (RE) and Sex Education from Key Stage 3 but parents can ask for their children to be taken out of the whole lesson or part of it.

At the end of Year 9, students make their curriculum choices, meaning that from Year 10 they are studying subjects they are particularly passionate and excited about, and for more time across the week.
